Welcome to St Mary's Overton

We are a lively Anglican church for the whole village of Overton.
The church is made up of people at all stages on the faith journey and all ages and backgrounds.

There are good facilities for children and young people to enjoy their own activities. We make good use of our modern Church Rooms with midweek groups running for children and the local community.

Rev’d James Russell

Sunday Services

On Monday 19th July 2021 we officially moved to step 4 of the ‘Roadmap out of Lockdown’. The approach taken by the Government in this step is to remove most coronavirus legislation but to promote guidance that emphasises the personal and corporate responsibility of individuals and organisations to protect others and themselves.

Important - How will this affect what we do in church? - More

The recorded services will still be available on the Sunday Services page.

The Church building remains open for individual private prayer.

JoyZone

JoyZone will be starting soon!

It's the brand new family club organised and run by the Overton Churches Together.

It will be happening at St. Mary's Hall on the first Sunday afternoon of the month 3-4:30pm, launching on Sunday 6th February.

What can you expect? Something for the whole family: really engaging crafts, challenges, games, along with sketches, songs, stories and fun. It's all based on a theme and story from the Bible.

Lots more details to come.
